Locked Up for LIFT-UP!
Ken “The Cleaver” Robinson, past president of the Glenwood Springs Rotary Club and notorious high-seas pirate, has been thrown in jail by his competitors for selling wine, beer, and liquor too cheaply at Roaring Fork Liquors! He evaded their clutches for years—until a local recognized him and shanghaied him from his ship.
[There may be other reasons for Ken's incareration, of course - terrible jokes, excessive absences, outlandish tales, and going on and on! But we all know he doesn't deserve to languish in prison… right?!] RIGHT!

Now back in the Valley, Ken has been Locked Up for LIFT-UP! We can all help set him free by paying his bail through donations to LIFT-UP by November 5!

Your Donation Makes a Difference!
Supporting LIFT-UP helps address food insecurity in our communities. Across Colorado, 1 in 8 adults and 1 in 6 children face food insecurity. Your generosity helps ensure local families have access to nutritious food this winter.
By helping spring Ken, you'll support LIFT-UP's vital programs throughout the Roaring Fork and Colorado River valleys, including:
- Five brick-and-mortar food pantries in Parachute, Rifle, New Castle, Glenwood Springs, and Carbondale.
- Mobile food pantries serving Silt and Aspen, with expansion planned for El Jebel and Redstone before the end of 2027.
- Extended Table soup kitchens, serving hot meals four days a week in Glenwood Springs and two days a week in Rifle. This past year, LIFT-UP served approximately 1,200 hot meals per month in these communities!
- LIFT-UP Little Ones, which has provided 30,000 diapers this year to families in need.
- Farm to Food, partnering with 10 organic farms to supply LIFT-UP pantries with fresh produce, meat, and dairy products.
- Holiday Meals, providing more than 1,000 holiday meals between Thanksgiving and Christmas, complete with turkeys, hams, and all the fixings!
