The Rotary Club of Glenwood Springs builds community by bringing people together through
events and collaborative projects. We support community partners through grants that create
social impact in the greater Glenwood Springs area.
Youth empowerment is an important focus of the Glenwood Club. We support a wide range of
scholarships, sponsor local students to spend an academic year abroad and host foreign
students in our community. Each year, we help local students participate in the Rotary Youth
Leadership Award Program and recognize outstanding senior students who demonstrate Rotary
values of good citizenship and outstanding character.
The Club supports the international focus of Rotary in many ways including polio eradication,
disaster response and the many other highly effective projects of the Rotary Foundation.
The Glenwood Springs Club members are committed to being informed, contributing citizens.
Hearing from the array of speakers that present at club meetings is a unique opportunity that
keeps us abreast of current needs and happenings in our community and beyond.
Supporting each other in holding the highest ethics in our personal and businesses lives is a
foundational tenant of the Club.
The Glenwood Springs Rotary Club belongs to District 5470 in Colorado which generally runs
south from I-70 and east to west from Kansas to Utah.
