What an undertaking! Pausing to give time and intention to why, what and how is a great accomplishment for any organization. But to do so in the midst of the upheaval of the world around us as well as all the changes in our meeting structure and venue is something to note. It speaks to perseverance and the deep understanding that we are stewards of something very special. Now our grit will be tested in the execution of what we have identified and named. More tweaks were made to the Strategic Plan at the meeting on Aug 7th. A final copy will be distributed after the board meeting of Aug 21st. Since I am the president just now, I exercise the privilege of dubbing us with a moniker as we step into our strategic plan: the Glenwood Springs Rotary Club All-Outs!
